Plans, renewal & cancellation · แพ็กเกจและการยกเลิก
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel any time yourself in Settings → Manage plan → Billing portal — no email or support ticket needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you keep access until then; there are no further charges.

Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months — you keep access until the end of the paid period. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata within 14 days of purchase on request: contact us on LINE or phone and we will process the refund for the unused remainder.

Monthly plan points reset each month and do not roll over (purchased top-up credits never expire). When your points reach zero, scans simply pause until the next reset, a top-up or an upgrade — there is never an overage charge.

Our free public maps and sample reports show only businesses that appear publicly in Google Maps search results for a scanned area. We never publish private account data. If your business appears on a public map or report and you want it removed, contact us and we will take it down within 48 hours — see the full policy on the About page.
